Shelley is a licensed pharmacist, certified group fitness instructor, and passionate Parkinson’s advocate. She’s spent years designing exercise classes specifically for those with Parkinson’s, blending clinical knowledge with compassion and creativity. Inspired by her own grandfather’s journey with PD — and his love for movement through gardening — Shelley created this program to help others stay strong, feel empowered, and keep moving, one step at a time.
